This page preserves the legacy app user agreement as migrated legal information.

The current app agreement is written in Chinese and remains the governing legal text for the existing mobile app.

The agreement defines the app service scope, user registration duties, behavior rules, privacy expectations, intellectual property, liability limitations, sports safety and dispute resolution.

Scope of service

The app provides outdoor orienteering, map browsing, route sharing and activity participation based on NFC and GPS capabilities.

The developer may update or adjust service content when required by business or operational needs.

User obligations and safety

Users must comply with PRC law, protect account credentials and avoid cheating, reverse engineering or harmful network behavior.

The agreement includes a sports safety disclaimer covering health condition, route environment, equipment safety and third-party behavior.

Dispute and governing law

The agreement applies PRC law excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be brought to the court at the developer location.
