Policy summary
The app collects phone registration data, profile information, avatar setup data, guardian contacts, location and checkpoint records, Bluetooth heart-rate data and activity summaries.
Users can review and modify profile data, withdraw permissions and request account deletion through the app.
Website measurement
The public website records limited, cookie-free usage events such as page views, contact or download clicks and successful venue enquiries so we can understand whether the site is useful.
The measurement layer does not create a visitor profile or store form contents. Server access logs are kept separately for security and operational diagnosis, while the dashboard uses aggregated counts.
When you submit a map request, the place and contact details you enter are sent to the reservation service so our team can respond. A random reference kept only for the current browser session helps prevent duplicate or excessive submissions; it is not used to build a long-term visitor identity.
